What is the timeframe of building an underglow kit?

Please keep in mind our kits are built to order. This isn’t our main jobs and we do this in our spare time. Once the order is confirmed, please allow 7-10 business days to build, test, quality control and dispatch your kit. We appreciate your patience.

do you offer fitting the underglow kit?

Unfortunately, we do not have the facilities to fit the kits, although most local garages would be willing to fit them if you give them a call. We do have a policy of documenting and testing the kit prior to the garage fitting them.

What warranty do you offer?

All our items come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty. This does not cover misuse or incorrect installation of the product.

i dont want the underglow kit anymore, can i return it?

We understand things don’t always go to plan and the plan changes! Yes, you can return Lighting kits within 14-days from receiving the order as new/ unused for a full refund, excluding shipping. - Any damage to the items/ wear will be rejected and sent back to you.

my underglow kit has arrived damaged, what do i do?

If your Underglow kit comes damaged, just fill out a Returns Form on our contact page with your Order ID, and we will ship another kit to you asap!

one of my led strips are showing white when off?

The LED Strip has unfortunately failed. Simply contact us through the contact page and we will be happy to send you out a new replacement under under warranty. LED Strips will have to be purchased through store for out of warranty products.

my underglow stopped working, what can i do?

If your Underglow randomly stops working, the chances are the built-in fuse did its job and stopped a power surge! Simply check the inline fuse that’s on the positive wire of your control box and swap fuse with another if it's blown to reinstate the underglow. If this doesn’t fix the problem, head over to our Contact Page and fill out the Returns Form, and we will get the kit back to us and send you a new one as long as the kit is still under warranty.

i accidentally broken one of my led strips?

We’ve all been there. You accidentally jacked up on your LED strip, and now your strip is broken! Don’t worry! You can order replacement LED strips in various lengths on our store! So no more buying a whole new kit! Our kits also offer LED strips with waterproof connectors, so no more rewiring your whole setup!

do you offer longer cables?

Our kits are built for plug and play. meaning If you need longer, you can add our cable extensions supplied in our store!

how do i control my underglow kit?

All our kits connect over Wi-Fi. Once powered up, the controller will automatically host a Wi-Fi hotspot! Within your kit, you will have a Wi-Fi Host name that will connect your phone to your underglow! Your controller will have a password, which will prevent other people from controlling your underglow at shows and events. Your password will be in the instruction manual and on the controller for ease of access.

how do i connect the underglow kit to my vehicle?

Our Underglow kit powers off a standard 12V car battery, the kit connects straight to your battery terminals, please do not connect the underglow kit to a power supply. We build our kits with plenty of cable for the power wires to be routed next to the battery. Interior kits are a simple plug and play system! Just plug the USB into a USB Charger port that’s capable of outputting 2.5A, turn your key and its as easy as that!

are the underglow kits waterproof?

Yes! All our kits are made with IP67 waterproofing in mind unlike other kits on the market! Even the control unit!

Does the underglow kit drain the battery?

Our kit does use 0.7W when on standby, most daily drivers/ good batteries will not have any issues with this small amount of power. So you can leave it connected worry-free! - We do include an in-line fuse so take this out if you do experience any battery drain issues or if you are going to be leave the vehicle unattended for long periods of time (Storage, Holiday etc).
